1. Agreement

By booking a studio or renting equipment from Flashbooth Atelier (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and Payment

• Rates are listed in our catalog and may change without notice.
• Holds are confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from us.
• Deposits are refundable pending inspection upon return.

3. Use of Space and Equipment

• Follow posted power limits and safety signage.
• No smoking, open flames, or hazardous materials.
• Return rooms and gear in the condition received; cleaning fees may apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Reschedules are allowed once up to 24 hours before start time. Late cancellations may be partially refundable at our discretion.

5. Liability

You accept responsibility for your crew, guests, and property. Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. Insurance

For high-value rentals, you may be required to provide a certificate of insurance or a card pre-authorization.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
